Admission Procedure for the session 2020 – 21


Prince Academy always believes in quality, not quantity.

For the session 2020-21, the managing committee of the Prince Academy have decided to enroll LIMITED NEW STUDENTS from Class Montessori to Class XII std.

Registration

    • 1. Prince Academy welcomes online registration for admission for the session 2020-21
    • 2. .Online Registration for academic session 2020-21 started
    • 3.The registration does not guarantees admission.
    • 4.There is no fee for online registration. Registration fee will be paid after confirmation of the admission.
    • 5.Incomplete registration forms without the necessary information will be rejected.

Admission

        • 1. Registered students and their parents will be called telephonically for school visit, test and interview .
        • Admission to class Montessori will be through Observation / Interaction.
        • Admission to class Junior KG onwards will be through a written Admission test.
        • The selection of the candidates will depend upon the child’s performance in the Test / Interview and availability of seats in the concerned class.
        • Assessment of the child for admission is also based on the following factors:
          Academics and motivation.
          Social and emotional development.
          Ability of the school to serve the needs of the child.
    • 2.Short listed students (on the basis of observation/interaction/test/interview etc.) will be informed to confirm the admission by submission of required documents and deposition of fee.
    • 3.Confirmation of the admission is for one session (2020-21) only. Continuation of admission in the next session will depend upon annual overall performance and discipline of the student.
    • 4.The School reserves the right to admit any student who is found fit for admission or refuse admission without assigning any reason. For all matters related to admissions, the decision of the Principal will be final.

At the time of Admission

    • 1. Students offered admission must complete the following formalities within one week time otherwise the offer will stand cancelled and the seat will be passed on to the next student in the ‘Waiting List’.
    • 2. The following documents are to be submitted at the time of confirmation of admission:
        • Student Performance Report Card.
        • 4 Passport size photographs of the student.
        • Student’s Aadhar Card
        • Proof of ‘Date of birth’.
        • Two passport size photograph of each parent.
        • Two passport size photograph of each guardian (other than parents) who is permitted to escort the student.
        • Proof of residence of the child (Copy of Ration card / Passport OR Voter’s ID of the parents).
        • A medical document from a qualified registered doctor showing the record of any particular ailment or health condition about which the school ought to know (if applicable).
        • In case a child is adopted, parents will have to submit attested copy of the adoption certificate issued by the competent authority. In case of divorce/separation, the parent who is admitting the child, will have to submit copy of custody of child certificate issued by the competent law officer.
    • Admission will be valid only if the fee is paid by the due date along with the necessary documents and certificates as mentioned above and on completion of all formalities.
