Closing Ceremony of State Level Handball Tournament held at Prince Academy CBSE School, Sikar
The closing ceremony of the 28th State Level Handball Competition was organized at Prince Academy.
Jaipur was the winner in the boys category and Sriganganagar in the girls category.
Under the aegis of District Handball Association Sikar, the closing ceremony of the 28th State Level Sub-Junior Handball Competition, boys and girls, organized at Prince Academy, CBSE English Medium School, Sikar, was held on 31 May 2023.
In the closing ceremony, Chief Guest Superintendent of Police Sikar Karan Sharma, Prince Eduhub Director Jogendra Sunda, Youth Leader Subhash Mile Khandela, National Treasurer of Handball Association Tejraj Singh, District Handball Association Sikar President Omprakash Sharma, District Handball Association Secretary Islam Ali, Prince Academy Managing Director Ramakant Swami, sports in-charge Mahendra Singh Rajpurohit etc. were present.
A closely fought match was played between Jaipur and Sriganganagar in the final match of the boys' category. Both the teams remained equal till the time score. Jaipur won the final title by defeating Sri Ganganagar 3-0 in extra time.
In the girls section, Sriganganagar defeated Hanumangarh 19-17 to win the final title. In the competition, Sikar stood third in the boys' category and Jaipur stood third in the girls' category.
In the closing ceremony, the first, second and third place teams, players, coaches and match referee staff were honored by giving mementos. On this occasion, Superintendent of Police Karan Sharma said that sports should be an integral part of life. Sports gives physical strength as well as mental strength.

बालक वर्ग में जयपुर एवं बालिका वर्ग में श्रीगंगानगर विजेता रहा
जिला हैंडबॉल संघ सीकर के तत्वाधान में सीकर स्थित सीबीएसई इंग्लिश मीडियम स्कूल प्रिंस एकेडमी में आयोजित हुई 28वीं राज्य स्तरीय सब जूनियर हैंडबॉल प्रतियोगिता बालक व बालिका वर्ग का समापन समारोह 31 मई 2023 को आयोजित हुआ।
समापन समारोह में मुख्य अतिथि पुलिस अधीक्षक सीकर करण शर्मा, प्रिंस एजुहब निदेशक जोगेन्द्र सुण्डा, युवा नेता सुभाष मील खण्डेला, हैंडबॉल संघ के राष्ट्रीय कोषाध्यक्ष तेजराज सिंह, जिला हैंडबॉल संघ सीकर अध्यक्ष ओमप्रकाश शर्मा, जिला हैंडबॉल संघ सचिव इस्लाम अली, प्रिंस एकेडमी प्रबंध निदेशक रमाकांत स्वामी, खेल प्रभारी महेन्द्र सिंह राजपुरोहित आदि उपस्थित रहे।
प्रतियोगिता के बालक वर्ग के फाइनल मुकाबले में जयपुर और श्रीगंगानगर के बीच कांटे की टक्कर का मैच खेला गया। टाइम स्कोर तक दोनों टीमें बराबर रही। अतिरिक्त समय में जयपुर ने श्री गंगानगर को 3-0 से हराकर फाइनल का खिताब हासिल किया।
बालिका वर्ग में श्रीगंगानगर ने हनुमानगढ़ को 19-17 से पराजित कर फाइनल का खिताब जीता। प्रतियोगिता में बालक वर्ग में सीकर तृतीय एवं बालिका वर्ग में जयपुर तृतीय स्थान पर रहा।
समापन समारोह में प्रथम, द्वितीय एवं तृतीय स्थान पर रही टीम, खिलाड़ी, कोचेज एवं मैच रेफरी स्टाफ को मोमेन्टो देकर सम्मानित किया गया। इस अवसर पर पुलिस अधीक्षक करण शर्मा ने कहा कि खेल जीवन का अभिन्न हिस्सा होने चाहिए। खेलकूद से शारीरिक के साथ मानसिक मजबूती भी मिलती है।
